How do I add my club?
  1. You need to create an account to add your club to the database. You can get your club listed for free, or sign up for a premium account and receive additional features. Click here to create an account.
My club is already listed. How do I gain ownership?
  1. If your club is already listed, and you wish to edit and the contact information or club name, sign up for a standard membership.
  2. Then fill out this form
How do I cancel my account?
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click "My Profile" at the top of the page.
  3. Click the "Membership" tab.
  4. Click "Cancel".
How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click "My Profile" at the top of the page.
  3. Click the "Membership" tab.
  4. Click "Change Membership".
The unsubscribe button you clicked is invalid.

If you receive the following message "The unsubscribe button you clicked is invalid. You can find the status of all subscriptions in 'My preapproved payments'.", when canceling your account, follow these steps on the PayPal cancelation page.

  1. Click 'My preapproved payments'.
  2. Find "Track and Field Clubs" under the Merchant column.
  3. Click cancel under subscription details.
What happens when I cancel my account?
  1. You will have access to your account for the entire month of you last payment. So, if you cancel your account on the first of the month, you will still have acess to it until the end of the month. 
What is the cancelation policy?
  1. You can cancel at ANY TIME.
  2. To cancel your account, first login.
  3. Then, click "My Profile" located in the green bar at the top.
  4. From there, click "Meberships" and then "Cancel".
  5. If you get an error message that reads "The unsubscribe button you clicked is invalid.", please follow these steps.
